Terms of service

The short version: don't abuse the service, and understand that inboxes are temporary by design.
The service
TempMail provides temporary, receive-only email addresses. It is not a substitute for a permanent email account and cannot be used to send mail. Guest inboxes expire automatically; accounts on paid plans get extended retention as described on the pricing page.
Acceptable use
You may not use TempMail to receive mail related to illegal activity, to circumvent another service's abuse or fraud protections, or to harass or impersonate others. We reserve the right to disable any inbox or account used this way, and to block IP addresses or domains associated with abuse.
No warranty on message delivery or retention
Email delivery depends on systems outside our control. We don't guarantee that every message sent to a TempMail address will arrive, and expired inboxes cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of TempMail after an update means you accept the revised terms.
